Atreya Ayurvedic Medical Collegewas established in the year 2003 to serve the rural population of Dodaballapura. The institution provides offers the finest quality medical education, and training to help the students to gain an insight of their prospect as true healers in the realm of Ayurveda. The Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and recommended by Central Council of Indian Medicine and approved by Ayush Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. It operates a 100 bedded hospital with a total spread of 10 acre land including herbal garden, pharmacy, canteen and other amenities required for an Ayurvedic Medical College as per the norms of the statutory body. The college offers Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S). course
