Eligibility Criteria

Basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) from any recognised Board in India. Students pursuing International curriculum must have AIU approval and must obtain a grade of not less than 'C' or its equivalent. It is compulsory to have studied any two subjects (Biotechnology, Chemistry and Botany) at Class XII level. Candidates writing the +2 examinations may apply with their class X and XI marks.

Admission Guidelines

Admission procedure includes Skill Assessment: The skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning and Personal interview: Assessment of past performance in class 10 and class 11/12 during personal interview. Candidates will be intimated about the Selection status (Selected / Wait Listed / Not Selected) through the “Application Status” link on the University website. The Selection results will be declared as mentioned in the important dates

Course Details

This course enables the Students to take up advanced studies in Biotechnology, Chemistry and Botany and can find opportunities in Careers in Science and Technology and Management where a high level of competence and dependence on many of the science subjects is demanded. Many interdisciplinary post-graduate courses like MSc, MBA and PhD degree in many prestigious institutions all over India and abroad.
