Course Details

Mechanical Engineering department in the institution was started in 1980 since the establishment of the college with 60 students of input and now the head of the department is Prof. Sridhar. The senior most and high experienced faculties are with a minimum of 30 years of experience withMaster’s and Ph.D. qualifications while some are also doing Doctoral Researchare the wealth of the department. Department has well-equipped labs and workshops with satisfactorywork area. The Department has a digital library and digital class rooms with latest configuration computer systems and required application software.

The departmental library hasa hugeamount of books which includestext books, reference books, and journals presented by alumni’s of the department which guides the students of the department to improve their knowledge. Along with academics, the Department continuouslyset upinter-college technical seminars, departmental quizzes and personality development programs for students and faculties to improve the knowledge in advanced technologies. The 17 university ranks are achieved bymechanical students.
