Course Details

Master degree in Chemical Engineering is a two year course; minimum eligibility for this course is a B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or any other equivalent engineering degree. This course provides a huge knowledge about maintenance as well as designing of chemical plants. Subjects covered in this course are transfer operations, reactions engineering, thermodynamics & design and process control. Graduates from this course have huge job opportunities in service and manufacturing industries such as nanotechnology, Tyre manufacturing, mining process, food, materials, biotechnology, chemical engineering designs, pharmaceuticals, building of new energy sources and even medicines. Some graduates are working in universities as professors. Those who want to work in government sector have to clear entrance exam conducted by the UPSC. The graduates are employed in health care project, environment regulation, defense establishment, recycling department, atomic power plant and power conservation project.
