Candidate must have 10+2 with at least 45% marks from a recognized board and Valid rank and JEE Mains/KCET/COMEDKA pass in 2nd year PUC or 10+2 equivalent examination recognized by the university with 45% marks in aggregate in physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subject i.e. chemistry, Biology, Computer science & Electronics. In case of SC/ST & OBC students, the minimum percentage in the said optional subjects shall be 40%

Admission Guidelines
Admissions are made through counseling based on rank obtained in KCET/COMEDK. 45 % of the intake will be filled by common entrance test (CET) conducted by Karnataka Examination authority on merit cum reservation basis, based on the rank obtained by students. 30% of the intake will be filled by the COMED-K test conducted by private colleges association of Karnataka purely on merit basis as per the ranks obtained in the test. 25% of the intake will be filled by the management on the basis of CET/
Course Details
The field of electrical and electronics engineering engages in the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism and has resulted in significant inventions ranging from the radio and television to laser and fiber optics. This course imparts to graduates a strong foundation in physical and mathematical sciences as well as computational methods related to electrical ciruitry. In addition to offering common core subjects, the course also covers basic concepts such as analog systems, digital systems, communication systems as well as advanced concepts such as signal and image processing, microwaves, antennas and propagation.
