Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have 10+2 with at least 45% marks from a recognized board and Valid rank and JEE Mains/KCET/COMEDKA pass in 2nd year PUC or 10+2 equivalent examination recognized by the university with 45% marks in aggregate in physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subject i.e. chemistry, Biology, Computer science & Electronics. In case of SC/ST & OBC students, the minimum percentage in the said optional subjects shall be 40%
For lateral entry admission to 3rd sem
Admission Guidelines
Admissions are made through counseling based on rank obtained in KCET/COMEDK. 45 % of the intake will be filled by common entrance test (CET) conducted by Karnataka Examination authority on merit cum reservation basis, based on the rank obtained by students. 30% of the intake will be filled by the COMED-K test conducted by private colleges association of Karnataka purely on merit basis as per the ranks obtained in the test. 25% of the intake will be filled by the management on the basis of CET/
Course Details
Electronics and Communication Engineering course deals with the designing of electronic circuits, devices and systems, also designs passive electrical components, usually based on printed circuit boards, electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment’s like transmitter, receiver and integrated circuits. The course aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the students on the basic concepts and theories that will equip them in their professional work.
