Course Details
The M.Tech program inVLSI and Embedded Systems covers the basics and engineering facet of developing and designing IC based systems. The VLSI technology is a successful outcome of combination of two streams: electrical engineering and material science. The VLSI technology requires research in novel devices as well as physical design and electrical circuit development. The program mainly focus on developing hands-on skill of designing, architecting systems, circuits andsemiconductor devices using embedded components like, memory, CPU and peripherals. Training is given to the students on several topics that come across different domains, starting from physical devices to the application development.
As per the rules and regulations of M.Tech, a student must complete 12 core subjects and 8 credits to get Master degree in VLSI and Embedded Systems. Overall 48 subjects must be completed to get Master degree in VLSI and Embedded Systems.
