Course Details

In the year 1980 the Automobile Engineering discipline was established, and now it is one of the leading departments and gives a huge contribution to the Automobile Engineering field. To the talented and committed students, the department provides an innovative and quality training, to make them a good automobile engineer to serve the society. Automobile Engineering department was first introduced in Karnataka by this institute, to give good automotive knowledge to the students who have passion towards Automobiles. The department ishonoured by the VTU and Mysore University as a “research centre”. In addition to the regular activities the department also conducts, Technical talks, Faculty Development Programmes, Training programmes and industrial trips & industrial trainings regularly for the students to improve their skills. Well experienced and highly qualified faculty members are working in the department to reach the present day requirements both in practical and theory.
