Eligibility Criteria

II-Year Pre-University or XII Std. or equivalent exams with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, Electronics. Not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages.

Admission Guidelines

Generally, admission is done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam (CET/COMED-K) for all the B.E./B.Arch. courses.

Course Details

Electronics and Communication Engineering department was started in 1967. PDACE was the first college to start ECE department in Karnataka State with 30 seats. Currently, this department has 120 seats. Many of our previous students from ECE department are renowned successful entrepreneurs and also working in high-profile jobs in MNCs across India and abroad. ECE department has 28 teaching staff with perfect blend of experience and skill set levels. Visvesvaraya Technological University has recognised our faculties' vast research strengths and sanctioned research center in the department.
