Eligibility Criteria

Admission shall be open to the candidates who have passed prescribed qualifying examination with not less than 50% (45% in case of SC/ST) of the marks in aggregate of all the semesters/years of degree examination and the should have qualified in GATE.

Course Details

M. Tech in Digital Communications and Networking was started in 2014 with an intake of 18 seats. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. This course has the credit of best outgoing students of the college for 2013 and 2014. In-house lab facility equipped with licensed MAT-LAB software, signal processing kits (TMS6713), FPGA kits (Spartan), function generators, power supply and digital storage oscilloscopes for conducting advanced research projects. Career opportunities after graduated will be in data communication, broadcasting, research and development, consulting, and system support and it is evolving. Our faculty members are specialized in wireless communication, VLSI design, embedded systems, digital electronics, power electronics, systems and signal processing, digital communication, and image processing.
