Eligibility Criteria

II-Year Pre-University or XII Std. or equivalent exams with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, Electronics. Not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages.

Admission Guidelines

Generally, admission is done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam (CET/COMED-K) for all the B.E./B.Arch. courses.

Course Details

Lingaraj Appa Engineering College offers B.E./B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 60 intake students. The department provides hands-on experience with well-established digital lab, communication lab (AC+LIC lab and advanced communication lab), HDL lab, analog electronic circuits/logic design lab, power electronics/micro controller lab, and microprocessor/DSP/VLSI labs. In addition to academic syllabi, this department also organizes talks in the areas of electronics and communication technology with the help of distinguished industry experts for the benefit of faculty and students. Well-structured laboratories in this department are: DSP lab, AEC/PE lab, communication lab, VLSI lab, IC/MP lab, etc. Class rooms are equipped with ICT facility, projectors, e-convent (VTU-EDUSAT).
