Eligibility Criteria

General Category: Foreign and Indian nationals with OCI/PIO cards are eligible for admissions under general category. Eligibility, Selection, and admission to M.S., M.D & PhD Courses is according to the prevailing rules of the Medical Council of India, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and COMED-K.

Admission Guidelines

Candidate must have obtained MBBS degree from MCI recognized institution. Candidates must have completed one year compulsory rotating internship after passing the final professional examination.

Course Details

This 3-year postgraduate course is structured to develop clinical competence, practice competence, research and teaching competencies in the aspirants. Students will get thorough ideology in neuropsychology, electropsychology, neuroimaging, neurogenetics, chronobiology, learning and grasping capabilities and also other advanced mental and psychological concepts. One of the main goals in this postgraduate program is to understand various psychological conditions in the patients and their treatment modalities including counselling to the patients. Kasturba Medical College and Hospital has experienced trainers/doctors to deliver quality lectures theoretically also practically including diagnostic workup like ECT, psychological testing: IQ testing, memory testing, and personality testing.
