Candidate must have passed PUC examination of Karnataka or its equivalent examination is must with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Technical Vocational subjects from any recognized board. Candidate must have appeared for COMEDK UGET / KCET / any other state-level engineering entrance examination

Course Details

Civil Engineering is one of the evergreen engineering disciplines, which plan, design, and supervise the construction of facilities like bridges, buildings, tunnels, highways, dams, airports, harbors, sewage treatment plants, water supply system and wastewater treatment plants. A civil engineer is also responsible for planning and designing a project, constructing the project to the required scale, and maintenance of the project. A civil engineer should have high standard of engineering knowledge along with supervisory and administrative skills. Civil engineers are also responsible to protect and preserve our environment by helping in the clearing up of existing pollution and finding many ways to reduce pollution of our air, land and water.
