Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed PUC examination of Karnataka or its equivalent examination is must with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Technical Vocational subjects from any recognized board. Candidate must have appeared for COMEDK UGET / KCET / any other state-level engineering entrance examination

Course Details

Chemical engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with application of physics, chemistry, microbiology and biochemistry, together along with applied mathematics and economics to make, transform, transport, and use chemicals, materials and energy in a right way. A chemical engineer is involved in designing large-scale processes that convert chemicals, raw materials, living cells, microorganisms and energy into useful forms and products.
