Course Details
- MSc in Microbiology at Kasturba Medical College is a 2-year postgraduate program intended to create postgraduates with competitive skills in clinical microbiology and related advanced microbiological topics. After completion of this course, the graduates will be able to confidently take part in research activity, teaching and other interpersonal skills. Our experienced faculty members have specializations in bacteriology and virology, eukaryotic microbiology, biostatistics, microbial and biochemical techniques, microbial genetics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, environmental microbiology, immunology, clinical microbiology and pathological organism study and prevention of diseases. The graduates are encouraged to take part in delivering seminars and take part in research activities.
