Admission shall be open to the candidates who have passed in 10+2 as a qualifying examination with not less than 50% (45% in case of SC/ST) of the marks in aggregate of all the semesters/years of degree examination.

This department was established in 1968 with a clear vision of imparting competitive skills to the graduates. This 3-year graduation programme is offered in 6 semesters aligned with intensive practical drill in each semester. After completion of this graduation programme, the students will develop high-end potential skills on mathematics and innovative mathematical skills. Mount Carmel College campus is Wi-Fi connected to facilitate the students acquire recent knowledge and also help them to participate in online guest lectures.
